Photography Services

By booking or engaging my photography services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between Hamad Alrumaihi (“the Photographer”) and the Client.
Booking, payment, or attendance at a shoot confirms acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation is provided and any required deposit is received.

  • Shoot dates and times are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The Photographer reserves the right to decline any booking request.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the Photographer cancels.

  • Prices may vary depending on location, duration, usage rights, and deliverables.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.

  • One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • In case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

5. Copyright & Ownership

  • All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Hamad Alrumaihi.

  • The Client receives a personal-use license unless otherwise agreed.

  • Commercial use, resale, advertising, or brand promotion requires written permission and may incur additional fees.

6. Usage & Editing

  • Clients may not edit, filter, crop, alter, or apply presets to delivered images without permission.

  • Credit must be given when posting on social media:

7. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated in advance and may vary based on workload.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

  • Final images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for securing permissions, access, and approvals for locations and events.

  • The Photographer is not responsible for restricted shooting conditions imposed by venues or organizers.

  • Cooperation during the shoot is required to achieve optimal results.

9. Liability & Force Majeure

  • The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure beyond reasonable prevention, or force majeure.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

10. Model Release

  • The Client grants permission for the Photographer to use images for portfolio, website, and social media, unless explicitly declined in writing prior to the shoot.

  • For minors, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

11. Privacy

  • Client information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

  • Images will not be sold to third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

13. Acceptance

By booking or participating in a session, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
